Error: 403 Forbidden on Widget
This usually means your website domain is not on the Allowlist.
- Go to Settings > System in your Dashboard.
- Check the Websites list.
- Ensure the domain matches exactly (e.g.,
https://myshop.com).
Map is blank or gray
This is often a WebGL issue or a network firewall blocking Mapbox.
- Check your browser console for errors (F12).
- Ensure hardware acceleration is enabled in browser settings.
- Verify that
api.mapbox.comis reachable from your network.
