Error: 403 Forbidden on Widget

This usually means your website domain is not on the Allowlist.

  1. Go to Settings > System in your Dashboard.
  2. Check the Websites list.
  3. Ensure the domain matches exactly (e.g., https://myshop.com).
Map is blank or gray

This is often a WebGL issue or a network firewall blocking Mapbox.

  • Check your browser console for errors (F12).
  • Ensure hardware acceleration is enabled in browser settings.
  • Verify that api.mapbox.com is reachable from your network.
